叉燒肉
1) Marinate Overnight / 1 Day:
3 TBP BBQ Sauce; 1 TBP Oyster Sauce; 1 tsp Soy Sauce; 1 TBP cooking wine; 1/2 tsp sesame oil; 1 TBP sugar.
2) Bake at 350oF for 60 minutes. Turn every 10-15 minutes & brush on extra sauce.
3) Brush on honey at last 10 minutes (last turn).
叉燒餡漿
1 TBP BBQ Sauce; 1 TBP Oyster Sauce; 1 tsp sugar; 2 tsp 太白粉; 6 tsp water.
