Chiffon Roll - all purpose flour recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3 Egg White
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • Milk.....70ml
  • Vegetable Oil.....40g
  • Vanilla Oil.....1 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour.....1/2 Cup (unbleached)
  • Baking powder.....3/4 tsp
  • Salt.....1/8 tsp
  • Sugar.....1/4 cup 

Steps:
  1. Preheat overn 350F
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  3. Mix egg yolk, oil, milk, vanila until smooth
  4. Add flour into egg yolk mixture 
  5. Beat egg white till firm peaks form. Add sugar in 3 batches during beating.
  6. Fold egg white into egg yolk mixture in 3 batches.
  7. Bake for 10-12 mins 
  8. Cool to room temp.
  9. Dust cake surface with powdered sugar and invert cake to remove parchment paper. Invert right side up to cool to completely.
