- 3 Egg White
- 2 Egg Yolk
- Milk.....70ml
- Vegetable Oil.....40g
- Vanilla Oil.....1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour.....1/2 Cup (unbleached)
- Baking powder.....3/4 tsp
- Salt.....1/8 tsp
- Sugar.....1/4 cup
Steps:
- Preheat overn 350F
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
- Mix egg yolk, oil, milk, vanila until smooth
- Add flour into egg yolk mixture
- Beat egg white till firm peaks form. Add sugar in 3 batches during beating.
- Fold egg white into egg yolk mixture in 3 batches.
- Bake for 10-12 mins
- Cool to room temp.
- Dust cake surface with powdered sugar and invert cake to remove parchment paper. Invert right side up to cool to completely.
